My imperfections, my treasures

I'm Minna Cheng, a portrait photographer from Guangzhou, China, now living in Brisbane.Since 2017, I've been taking personalized photos for nearly 300 Chinese women. Among them are interior designer, novelist who’ve won the Lu Xun Literature Prize, diving instructor, PhD supervisor, fashion designers, illustrators...And many more women who may seem ordinary at first glance but are uniquely bright and extraordinary in their own ways.I aim to capture natural, lively, emotional, and enduring images for them. I don't use Photoshop to touch up the photos. I want modern women to feel good about themselves and see their unique charm.Through photography, I accompany them on their journey to becoming independent, warm, brave, confident, and fulfilled women.If you're open to a non-Photoshop approach to photography, looking forward to meeting you and capturing authentic beauty together.
